1. Complete the online Youth Registration Form  (The link will allow responses starting on Sunday March 15th, 2026)

2. Registration is not complete without turning in physical copies of the following to your ward camp leader: 

• • Camper Health History Form (State of WI requirement) 

  • The Church Permission and Medical Release Form (Church requirement)

  • The Conduct at Church Activities form

3. Pay your $180 Camp Registration Fee by filling out physical tithing slip and mark "YW Camp" in the "Other" category. Turn in to your Bishop by April 12th.

1. Complete the online Adult Registration Form  (The link will allow responses starting on Sunday March 15th, 2026)

2. Registration is not complete with out turning in a physical copy of the Church Permission and Medical Release Form (State of WI and Church requirement) to Nicole Mills (CG Ward)

3. Children and Youth Protection Training Completed within last 3 years (Your ward clerk can help you know if it has expired)

   **No fee required for adult registration
